How to Relieve Dry Socket

Steps

1. Crush some aspirin, add some warm filtered water and some salt.
2. Soak up the solution with a cotton ball and put into the dry socket.
3. Reheat the solution and reapply a new soaked cotton ball whenever necessary.

Tips

• If you have stitches you won't be able to "pack" the socket with the cotton, so you will have to either rinse with the solution if you have a syringe or drip irrigate off the end of a Q-tip.
